I downloaded the app and when I opened it asked me to enable notifs and use my camera and the didn’t load anything.

Can’t determine face shape.
I did 11 face scans and it still says my results “can’t be determined” - I have no idea why. And I can’t figure out how to get support for this. I literally downloaded the app to get an idea of my face shape to learn how to do my makeup and it can’t do that. I wasted my time and am disappointed. Seems like the one thing the app advertises doesn’t work.

Does not work. Scans and then says taking longer than usual and then says it can’t connect to server

Would give zero stars if possible. The app couldn’t make it past the first step, the facial analysis which it never completed even after doing an excessive amount of extra facial scans. Worthless app.
No features work
Everything I click on acts like it’s going to work then tells me that analysis is taking longer than usual and may take a min then does nothing. I was looking forward to playing around with this app.

It's looks trusting but GOODNESS GRACIOUS does it take a while to actually show your face shape.
