Can’t determine face shape.

I did 11 face scans and it still says my results “can’t be determined” - I have no idea why. And I can’t figure out how to get support for this. I literally downloaded the app to get an idea of my face shape to learn how to do my makeup and it can’t do that. I wasted my time and am disappointed. Seems like the one thing the app advertises doesn’t work.
