anytime I have an issue with this app. The company’s answer is delete the app reload it or it must be your phone. Not the best customer service experience.
Trash app
This is the best app for what I need to use it for. It’s absolutely AWESOME. It’s absolutely TRASH because if you don’t uninstall and reinstall it every THREE DAYS, it will glitch out and crash constantly. I don’t understand why the developer can’t take the criticism and fix it.
Works 25 % of the time
When it wants to work it’s a good app. But 99 percent of the time the app crashed because of bad service and then you need to completely redownload the app. The optimization on apple is really bad. If you can save yourself a headache and just use it on an android device.
A waste of time
A company I worked for made us use this app and it sucked. I hated using this app because it would constantly crash and I would have to uninstall and reinstall it. The company was too cheap to give us an allowance for our cell phones but you can’t use it without data. It’s more for the bosses than it is for the worker.

It’s good when it works
I’ve never worked with an app that crashes or has to be deleted and reinstalled as many times as this app. It’s not conducive to productivity on some days.
