Notes Section Needed

I love the product, but two things: I wish there was a separate [notes] section so I can choose a school I’m at and create a simple note without having to have it linked as a comment in a work order. And number 2: why is this app for ages 4+? lol

Great when out of the office

I lead a M&O team and the app version of Works is simply awesome. It’s super easy to use and has just enough functionality to make it quick to check and submit WO when out of the office. I recommend this app highly.

More of a burden than a tool

Update: this app gets more dysfunctional every time they update it. It’s nearly impossible now to use it at all. 1 star

Been forced to use this app for almost 2 years. Almost impossible to upload pictures. It takes several minutes to upload and you have to restart it multiple times. It crashes sometimes too. 2 stars

Bad update

Unable to see assigned workorders as filter function is non functional. The fluidity of work order access is mediocre at best, and this ap has regular deficiencies that time consuming and counterproductive. Luckily I’m a forced end user or I would have moved on from this ap.

Description box too small

The issue i have is trying to fill out the description field. It doesn’t enlarge when trying to enter text on a phone so you can only see one line of text at a time. Would be great if the text box was larger like maybe 4 lines.

Crash

It keeps force closing even with the updates. It’s a shame it use to be a well working app.

App needs work

The app crashes when I’m creating new work orders. Also, when I’m creating a work order, it is difficult to write in the description. It doesn’t let me see what I’m typing. After I’m done typing, I can’t add photos.
The design and layout of the app is good no complaints there. Just needs a little work.

Shame

Unable to view sites with latest update. 3 updates in a row and nothing but problems with each one. Can’t provide details on work orders, and can only post simple work orders.

Newest Update Needs Fixing

Updating this app to the newest version has removed my ability to choose sites for work orders. Reverting to the old version of the app makes it impossible because google play forces me to update to the new version. DO NOT UPDATE PAST 2.4.0 or you could need a new phone.

Bad update

Recent update results in a frozen screen on mobile devices. This is in multiple users with different logins, on different devices.

App crashes

App crashes a lot and app doesn’t remember logins. When app closed it requires computer login again. App would crash when you clicked on “MAP” and then back over to “My Orders”

Update: this has been repaired but still some minor irritations that happen. Like once you back out of a work order it make you scroll all the way back down through the orders to find it again. They should make it so is saves the placement of work order. “Copy and paste” in comments would help
