Clunky. Buggy. Laggy
The app and the browser versions are not intuitive. The designs are not clean which makes it difficult to navigate. Not flexible in terms of editing roles for each project. It is a weekly pain to work with this platform.
Outdated platform
The platform is old and clunky, CX Alloy and Bluerithim seem much more modern and they’re cheaper. Facility Grid is lucky to have a big market share but the actually software needs a serious overhaul.
