App want open
What’s going on with this app? It will not open. I’ve reinstalled multiple times to no avail. Terrible performance.

App constantly forgets login info, requiring a request for login email. Super basic issue.

Still terrible. App constantly (every few weeks) signs out, doesn’t rememberer your login, and you have to request an email to sign back in.

Terrible functionality
This app continues to be terrible. The main offense is that it constantly logs out of my account for no reason, requiring me to request a new login link. This happens every few days.
Bugs
News is amazing. Please fix this so that I don’t get the “Try Again” bug that requires me to uninstall and install the app every couple of weeks. It’s incredible that this has been going on for years!
Easy except finding articles
When I search for an article by title (eg someone emailed me a link) I often have a hard time finding it.

This app is very buggy. It constantly signs me out of my account (every week or two), which requires that I re-do the entire registration process.

Keep getting error on just simple search of newsstand.
Great service but missing dark mode!
Use the app a lot on commutes or when on the go. Dark mode would be much easier on the eyes than the plain white background. Better for battery life as well.
Please develop dark mode
Love the breadth of the news sources and powerful alert system. Would really appreciate a dark mode given the amount of reading I do on the app!

DJNR has it all!
My only beef is why assign so many subject headings to each article. Loses its utility.
Poor service
Search is very poor. I set up my daily search to receive email. The search is on fiscal risks of countries and receive news about obscure companies, even though I specifically selected the topic “sovereign” only. News sources are also suboptimal with most from local newspapers of little value. News is text only. This does not help when charts would help understanding or provide valuable data. Search is performed on news published the day before as if newspapers and journal would not publish continuously on line.

Just Awful
It takes multiple screen taps just to open up the Settings page, and even at that, I have to tap slightly off the ‘Settings’ icon just to get it to work, after tapping repeatedly. And I have a brand new iPhone, so it’s not my screen.
The login functionality via my company subscription is just terrible. Seems I have to request a link each and every time I want to log in, but each link is only good once for 8 hours. So if I log out of the app (staying logged in doesn’t seem very secure), I literally have to wait another day to log in.
All very frustrating. I would expect better from Dow Jones.

Connection problems
The app keep tell me that it is having access problem even though my internet connection is done.
