Barely functions

Like others said, embarrassing.

This app is hot garbage

Kicks you out inexplicably and then doesn’t actually let you log in with your member credentials. Will make you crazy entering your password over and over again wondering what you have misspelled, but then you realize the app is just terrible. Functionality is also not great. You need it to open the doors here but 50% of the time the signal is not working properly. Something needs to be done about this because it’s a really bad member experience and we all pay money to be a part of this community.

This is just bad

Having an app to open these locks is the worst possible idea ever

Can’t log in for about a year now

It has been impossible to use this app, as my login credentials (which work perfectly fine on my factory web account) are not working in this app. countless tech support tickets have been ignored and made my day-to-day navigating around FGP a nightmare. Kind of ironic that the community of innovators have such a crappy app with their name on it.

Why?

This app and the whole concept behind it is fundamentaly flawed.

> UX is horrible. doesn‘t even have a „forgot password“ option at the login. You have to go to the website if you forgot it.

> Interaction with the doors is super unintuitive. Am I supposed to just press the button on the screen? hover over the red light? press the physical button? Feels like no thought was given about this interaction.

> Obviously you can‘t do anything if your phone happens to be not charged. if you‘re low on battery, a walk to the toilet could result in getting stuck in the building on the weekends.

There‘s more. Feels like Factory got sold some „innovative“ IOT product that solves a problem that doesn‘t exist.

Embarrassing

I love factory but this App has not the minimum features to be usable. Can’t delete a room. Door opens only at sharp time when you have booked it. All in all it creates a world of inefficient room usage across the entire building. Waiting since months for improvement but nothing happens. Really questioning the concept of factory - this is supposed to work for the Berlin tech scene?

This app is embarrassing

From bad to worse

Always had a few complaints about the old version of the app. But this new one didn’t improve on anything. Just made navigation even worse, and now you can event chose your locker, and doors take ages to open or even show up. But above all the app looks terrible. It was as easy as leaving “System font”, but no, now the app is in Times New Roman. I feel like reading a word document from 2003. Really bad overall. And the worst part is that I have to use this every day
