The only thing a could do is check grades, No Directory, no Lunch, and No nothing.

I cannot log in , states school code not recognized mean while I can long on line. Please get this fix’s, I have reading the reviews and it’s still the same for almost 2yrs
This Program Stinks
I find it so frustrating. Constantly getting locked out. Doesn’t recognize school district. Idiotic how we keep changing platforms. In short, your company should be embarrassed!

9 out of 10 features of the app never worked. Now after the latest update I can’t even log in. Complete was of time to install. If I could give negative stars I would.

I literally cannot open my grades, always error codes. I can’t even open the app most of the time. It’s absolutely terrible and Powerschool is way better.

This app is pure junk. It keeps logging you out only to get stuck in a vicious cycle of logging you and back in repeatedly.

FACTS app is 70% Broken, dev doesn’t care
Any school looking to use FACTS or RenWeb should stay far away. Downloaded this app to find what many other parents report; broken links, non-functional sections, and crashing. Dev hasn’t responded to a single user post. While the RenWeb app is functional it’s chunky, limited in functionality, and severely dated. I’m guessing it hasn’t really been updated since the first generation iPhone. It really makes you wonder where the $5/yr subscription is going, because it’s certainly not going towards keeping the app up to date and functional.
