What app used to be fun? This one! What app changed to almost entirely stupid questions and then supplies the answer? This one! Who hates this new format? Me!
This seriously used to be a fun little app and as I like useless knowledge, I was all in. But now facts are given in the form of a question. I’m out. It makes me irrationally angry instead of making me happy so it’s gotta go.

A bit sexist
It has some interesting facts but it’s obviously made with men in mind and a lot of facts only applicable to or more applicable to me which threw my confidence in the app so I chose to delete it.
STRONG AVOID
1. When you ask for a reminder to be sent before you get charged for renewal IT WILL NOT SEND AND YOU WILL GET CHARGED REGARDLESS. I also canceled my trial before getting charged and was still charged.
2. The “facts” provided ARE NOT FACTUAL. Many things I noticed were misrepresented or were misconceptions. It seems like they used AI to scour the internet for facts and presented them without actual validity tests or without the context and disclaimers needed.
The creator “monkeytaps” also has a vocabulary app with very similar shady sales tactics in regard to the subscription.

Could be better
Fun app, but a lot of the facts are outdated, the share feature stopped working and support never acknowledged my help request about it.
Inaccurate facts
None of the facts are right, most are over exaggerated or completely false
Don’t do free trial
It won’t remind you on the 3rd day like it says & it won’t charge you 2.99 like it should it will charge you the full 36 dollars for the year on day 3

Unverified “facts”
I wanted to like this but half the facts lead to 404 pages and the other half are blog posts that are over 20 years old. And none of those facts are verified, they’re more clickbait articles than anything else, and that’s sad because it did have potential. But as it stands now this is garbage to me, sorry.
Update: In response to the developer’s reply: With all due respect it’s not my app and not my job. I suggest you do more testing before rolling out.

Something changed.
I used to like this.
But it’s like a 5yr old has taken over and started writing for them.
Very odd to go from genuinely cool info about geography and physics that when you read you’d be looking it up and diving deeper and researching it, to “what are black eyed peas? Beans”
Very juvenile and fills your notifications with spam.

Why questions?
I really like this app and I find the random facts fun. I just don’t like that they’re all in question form. For me, it makes me want to read them less and they can be worded in chunky ways. It breaks up my thought process which would jsut flow when reading the fact as is.

Overly Sexual Content
I had to disable notifications because of the unwarranted facts dishing sexual content. I have young children in my home and if they, or anyone for that matter, would have taken a look at the wrong time, it would not be good. This immediately pushes me away from paying full price & they should have a way to remove that subject entirely (maybe unless specifically requested, but not by default)

Waste of 30$
Half the links go nowhere and a lot of these have been opinions or simply incorrect. I was just linked to an article that doesn't even mention the 'fact' given. Not sure how this app is so highly rated! I was really looking forward to it.
Not all facts are accurate
Upon further review, not all facts are accurate. One example being that women in Vermont must get permission from their husbands to get false teeth. The link is to Quora. Not even a reputable source!
