Some facts right - a lot wrong
Although the odd one is right, most are incorrect, some bot just looking for anything said on the internet with no fact checking at all

Great app
Cool facts but it sometimes repeats the facts
Not Happy!
I signed up for the free app, didn’t like it, didn’t get a reminder to say I would be charged and now I have to pay $35 for a year’s subscription even though I cancelled this nearly a week ago. So I just have to hand over $35 for absolutely nothing. And there’s nobody to talk to to fix this. Really unhappy.

Great but could be better 💫
It’s a great app but it would be even better if it had the ability for changing measurements and climate to your preferred country as I feel I’m learning these really interesting facts but unable to convert into kilometres and degrees on the spot kinda thing

Um… that’s not true …
Not all of the facts I’ve read are correct… so, not super impressed.
Facts are not all true
Several of the facts that I have received are just not true. Some of them are allegedly true. It would make a big difference if they would say according to some researchers or something along those lines. But I have gotten quite a few facts that are easy to debunk with a simple search. The app also has no way that I can send a message to the developers so I have requested a refund from the Apple Store, but I have no way to directly contact them to inform them about their information or to ask for a refund.

Most facts are true at all
This is such a horrible app to get any type of information, most of it isn’t even true, I’ve looked some of the facts up to it not being true, and it’s more than half
Could be better
Fun app, but a lot of the facts are outdated, the share feature stopped working and support never acknowledged my help request about it. Now it freezes almost every day, and the button to the source for the info often either doesn’t work or leads to broken links.

There needs to be Histort Facts. And I’m not a fan of facts popping up on my phone about sex. I also don’t appreciate being asked what my “gender identity” is. Sure, ask my gender so you know how much of your audience is male or female but otherwise, it’s just an eye roll moment.
Good overall
Love the app, widgets, and notifications. And I’m someone that hardly ever turns notifications on. Been using the app about a month or two now and would scroll endlessly, soaking up all of the intriguing info. I’m constantly annoying my teenagers with the fun facts I find most interesting. They’ve even asked to download it themselves now.
I appreciate that you can favorite as many as you want. I also love that there are links to articles! Sometimes they’re outdated or don’t work, but that’s understandable when there are so many facts and you can’t control it if the source removes or moves it. They work majority of the time, so it’s not a big deal. If it’s something super interesting I want to read more about in those cases I just google it.
The ONLY complaint I have that knocked off a star (but it’s a big one) is that after using the app for a few weeks, it’s now switched to half or more facts being trivia/question-answer format. I noticed the app name and icon have changed towards that as well. I find it awkward and really annoying to read it that way. I also feel like the trivia-like “facts” are way less interesting bc the idea is that someone might know the answer. Whereas the facts before were really obscure and I had never heard them before, so I was learning interesting things, not testing knowledge I might already have. There are plenty of trivia apps out there - let this one just be straight facts. Or, show the fact as the main thing and on the notification/widget, but when opened, below the fact you can show it formatted as trivia. That way if someone wants to scroll through and use it as trivia questions they can.

Repeats Facts Constantly
Awful app. Downloaded to learn fun new random facts and it repeats the same ones over and over again.
Early review
Whether this app is worth it or not, I don’t know cause I just signed up and started the three day trial moments ago. It’s a little early to say but it is interesting. The app is what it says it is so it’s only overly hyped as any ad or self-promotion

What app used to be fun? This one! What app changed to almost entirely stupid questions and then supplies the answer? This one! Who hates this new format? Me!
This seriously used to be a fun little app and as I like useless knowledge, I was all in. But now facts are given in the form of a question. I’m out. It makes me irrationally angry instead of making me happy so it’s gotta go.

A bit sexist
It has some interesting facts but it’s obviously made with men in mind and a lot of facts only applicable to or more applicable to me which threw my confidence in the app so I chose to delete it.
STRONG AVOID
1. When you ask for a reminder to be sent before you get charged for renewal IT WILL NOT SEND AND YOU WILL GET CHARGED REGARDLESS. I also canceled my trial before getting charged and was still charged.
2. The “facts” provided ARE NOT FACTUAL. Many things I noticed were misrepresented or were misconceptions. It seems like they used AI to scour the internet for facts and presented them without actual validity tests or without the context and disclaimers needed.
The creator “monkeytaps” also has a vocabulary app with very similar shady sales tactics in regard to the subscription.
