You are not allowing me to login as I created borrower account. When I am trying to register it says email existed. What’s the actual use of this app???
Lost my 5 lakh rs
They converted my fd of 1 year into 36 month without my permission , received full interest only for first 6 months but now getting only partial amount , not sure how much money will be recovered

Fraudsters, locked my money for over four years - while they said it will be given back in a year.
I am not even receiving all instalments on time now - this is such a scam and people shouldn’t give their hard earned money to fraudulent companies like Faircent.

Update doesn’t work
When I open the app, i get a pop up which states a new update is available and takes me to the App Store. There, there is no update button, just the Open button, which takes me back yo the app and the pop of which states there is a new version available. Super frustrating. Was a UAT done before releasing this version?

Do not invest in Faircent. They will take your money and not let you withdraw from your account. Without customer’s permission they reinvest the amount (EMI) received in customer account in new products and keep deducting fees on that. This has happened multiple times and they don’t reply or address the issue.

I went to withdraw my funds, which I invested 6 months prior. Maturity date is gone, and still I have not received my money in bank. Also, the link in mail, directs you to download the app, which works only once.

Extremely slow server
I am user of Faircent for more than 3 years. While the app is user friendly, it is extremely slow to fetch data and most of the time it says ‘time out’. Also it does not holistically show all my investments. Example, my term loans are not displayed at all. That’s where I have maximum defaults. So, the dashboard is useless. While there are innumerable reports, many of them don’t work. This is after updating the app today.

Don’t invest, I have invested in this company after 2 years I get only invested money not earning anything. Their customer service also very bad. Don’t trust them
Expected a Robust Loan App Given the Recent Frauds
Faircent does not have website presence since the website mandatorily leads into the App hosted on AppStore. In this case, the App should be so much fortified to instill confidence in the investor that, he should not doubt the veracity of the App being genuine or otherwise. A LOT OF AREA TO COVER AND WORK TO DO!!! Completely disappointed despite being a regular investor

Fraud app
I would not recommend anyone to invest their hard earned money with these frauds. Most of the borrowers do not return the money and these guys take no action. It’s been more than a year now since I have not received any money from 5 borrowers and no action is taken yet.

Absolutely bad financial offerings as well as attitude of the team. Inspite of selecting safer, lower interest products results are 25% npa. Pathetic recovery and false promises of FLDG etc. Never recommend investing even 10k with them
