Worst banking online system ever. You can go around and around and around in circles forever . Muntil you think you’re in the twilight zone.

Joanne, Tina and the whole staff make banking an easy task rather than a difficult chore. Always there with advice and a fix for any issue! And the online platform makes mobile banking a snap (writing this review while on a sailboat!) Thanks FCB!

Love that I can do seamless mobile check deposits without driving to the bank, and the Money Manager 360 account consolidator for accounts even outside the bank is such a handy tool!!!

I use my FCB app almost everyday! It is so easy to use and navigate. The Mobil check deposit option has saved me a lot time and as long as I have my phone I can deposit a check anywhere.

Does everything you need to manage your money, track spending and monitor your credit scores. Love Money Manager 360 and how it consolidates all of my accounts from anywhere, even accounts outside of FCB.
Great to NAVIGATE
This app is awesome! It’s so easy Tom navigate! You have the option to customize it to your preference and see services you use often like Zelle, activating and de activating your debit card. There is so much you can do! Great face lift from the previous one.
Powerful Mobile App
I love the new look and feel! Money Manager 360 helps me monitor all my finances by allowing me to connect my other financial institutions, investment accounts, and credit cards!

The worst app possible, not one thing works.
Clunky
The old version was much more elegant and frustration free. This design needs to go. Get rid of the bugs and get a modern, functional layout.
What happened?
Who wrote this piece of crap? And who at FCB approved it? Fire them both and put the old app back up until FCB can get some one to develop an app that is easier to use.
Mobile Bank Deposit
I fully agree with earlier comment regarding the Mobile Check Deposit utility - it is total junk, and has wasted much of my time. My images were captured perfectly on many multiple attempts, and the utility keeps rejecting the deposit. I have used BOA’s deposit utility in the past, and it was fast, efficient and trouble free. Please consider the replacement of this horrible utility.

Horrible mobile deposit
I have multiple banking apps and this is by far the worst app I have ever used. I try MULTIPLE times to deposit a check via mobile without any success. I even bought a special made stamp so that the image capture software can read the “mobile deposit only” on the back and it still doesn’t work. I am lucky that the tellers are friendly because that is the only way to deposit checks with this bank. Sorely disappointed.

Can’t Deposit Checks!
Love my local branch but would really like to be able to deposit checks. Every time I take a photo of my check is rejected, but I am easily able to deposit it at Chase or TD Bank. Looking for an upgrade my friends! Thank you!
