THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS
I started a subscription with this company for an unlimited monthly esim. They cut off my service same day saying my payment didn’t go through. I had to buy another company’s esim. Weeks later they came back, acknowledged the payment did in fact go through BUT REFUSED TO REFUND ME. I was actually considering trying them again once they sorted out their administrative issues, but apparently the issue was not a mistake. They are intentionally charging people, pretending the transaction didn’t go through then refusing to refund. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I went back to airalo and I am glad that I did.
