It won’t let me sync my account and I lost everything :/ And the email doesn’t work
Technical problems which are never been solved 100% honestly
As much as I like this game I am disgusted with you people for your dishonesty not fixing technical problems honestly a 100%. We players have given you enough money for you to fix your technical problems 100% honestly. This is my sixth time I am playing this game and it is the same issues loosing internet connection every five minutes and following that loosing the game completely. The last time I lost my game I was at level 53. I strongly suggest you to honestly fix your technical problems 100% or disregard your game completely without stealing every player’s money and time pretending to fix your technical problems honestly 100%

It has a lot of problems right now but that's only because they have stopped updateing it but in the past it was such an amazing game I really hope they decided to start updateing it again so those of us who have been playing for years can keep playing and so people who have never played will have a chance to descover how wonderfull this game is

Unable to progress at the beginning, game is unplayable. When the quest comes up to link to your facebook, this is the error it gives.

Support Services
This app has some issues. I see the developer responds to low star reviews with “Please contact support services”. How do I contact support services? A phone number? An email? A website?
Abandoned ??
No way to reach out to support. I just downloaded the game. It’s telling me it’s not supported with Facebook that I need to reach out to app support. When I did that the page said it cannot be found anymore.
The game had my interest. I was super into playing it. So many cool things…. But I’m not gonna play a dead game no one’s leaving good reviews for. Nor am I gonna play a game that’s not actively being focused on by its own development. Who wants to play any game the developers just drop? Regardless of what you may like about it despite they’re decisions.
Please fix and update the app or please delete it. What’s the purpose of a dead so no one plays that only has a 2.6 average star rating? Or less now ?

Used to de good
I’ve played this game off and on for years, on different devices. I’ve only had the game for a short period of time on my current phone and it completely stopped working. I gave it a few days and am disappointed to say I’m deleting the app because of it’s unreliability.

I bought coins for $4.99, and didn’t get the coins I bought. I thought I maybe did something wrong, so I bought the same amount for $4.99, and still didn’t get the coins I bought. I was still charged through Apple, so I either want my coins, or my money back 😡😡

I paid money for crystals and never received anything. So you just take peoples money and don’t give anything in return so wrong. If someone sees this I would really like a refund of my money. Horrible way to run a game
App issues
I do love this game, but now I’m experiencing some app issues, and this is the problem. I originally downloaded this game and it was working fine, a few days later I’m when I loaded it the app seem stuck and nothing else was happening. So I decided to delete the game then re-download it. After I re-downloaded the game I decided to buy some crystals for $5.99, so I waited for the to appear which took maybe 3 days. But after the 3 days, the game said “you have another fairy farm account, would you like to restore that one?” And a little confused I was but I hit “yes” but I didn’t know that it was going to give me the original account that I had the first time. So the issue I’m running into now is, I don’t have the crystals I purchased and my game is freezing, and I don’t have the stuff from the second time I had to re-download the game. Can you guys look into this and fix it? Thanks.

Disappointed
I was really liking this game. Spent money on crystals (was successful) and didn’t receive my purchase. Refreshed my app. Waited a day. No luck. Was told to contact support with transaction number (didn’t get one) so I’m ready to just uninstall the game. Don’t spend money!
Please do an update
I’ve been playing this game for so many years and I still have it but it desperately needs an update. The task there asking you to complete are not complete able, or of the plants I use to plant year back now you can’t do it until level 70 some cray stuff. There was a major update a while back but it went for the worst. I love this game please update it !! Make it fun again! Aloe of people like it and have been playing it for years. It doesn’t take much to upgrade a game just a few good ideas. Please update it and upgrade not downgrade!
