Stuck at a spot
There is spot that I should be able to go to the next scene, yet I can’t do anything

Many items are off screen in HO puzzles. I’m also frustrated by the confusing or incorrect mini-game directions, as well as the incorrect verb and adjective usage throughout the game. You are unable to skip mini-games, no matter how many coins you have. Also, if you play the bonus chapter you will get to a point where there are only two accessible locations, and in both locations the hint tells you that there is nothing to do at that location which brings the game to an impasse. I feel like the game is intentionally flawed so that the company can make more money from ads.

I would like to rate this as zero stars unfortunately I can’t hence the title. Absolute garbage mini game where you have to fill the silhouette of the dog my pushing random buttons hoping by one chance in a million you hit the right combination, it mentions in easy and hard mode in f2p there is no option only hard mode plus unlike hints where you can watch an advert to get extra hints you can’t do that with gems which have to be purchased so to call the game free to play is basically a lie as to play the game you often have to purchase gems. Frustrated
I love playing your games but every time I’m halfway done, the games crash, it’s very frustrating! I’ve been downloading a lot of your games hoping it was jut the app but this is getting ridiculous!

I play all adventure and write a review when fall in love with one. This one’s great played a few this week few good ones . I didn’t think it would be much cop but I stand corrected I will purchase it
I was enjoying the game...
But the hint/skip button sticks out so far I keep hitting it by accident. I skipped a super fun puzzle instead of saving my only skip for a type of puzzle I don’t enjoy doing. If you were to put a confirmation before using the skip/hint button then if it’s accidentally hit there’s a chance save it.

Unable to open after downloading. Have tried numerous times to no avail. It shows this game suitable for my iPad. My iPad is ISO’s 12.5.5

Glitch
Really enjoy these games however there seems to be a glitch in the bonus game that I can not get passed (can’t use clippers to open the chest) so now I can not progress 😢
A weird glitch?
I was absolutely loving the game until I reached the pub. The lift for the box disappeared & now I can’t lift the box in order to move on. I’ve used *hints* but the message “There’s nothing to do here” in each of the 3 sections at the pub location comes up. So I’m just stuck:(
Can’t open the game!!
I haven’t even started playing the game and there’s already a bug. I just downloaded the game and whenever I try to open the game it just closes befero it can even load the first screen. Please fix this!!

Great game just small glitch
I really love this game. The developer always does a great job. There’s just a small issue in the bonus chapter. The game won’t recognize that I am trying to use clippers to open a box by a tree so I’m a bit stuck. Please fix that then I can continue enjoying
