Lost my entire game
Game froze. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but made it worse and lost everything. Can’t get anyone to help me. What a waste.

I enjoy the game, I play on my iPad and the screen does not enlarge for the size of my iPad. I hope in the future it will be able to become a full screen merge game. Thank you

Devs, Don’t give up!
This game is so unique to all the other merge games. But it seems they gave up on it since it hasn’t been updated in 3 months and the reviews are sparse. Advertise it on other games and you’ll have a huge hit of a game! Don’t give up! It’s amazing
Too long to move levels
I have really enjoyed playing this game but it takes forever to move up the levels. I am stuck at 13 with no clouds at 14 so hopefully when I reach 14 more space will open up. There also needs to be a “sell” feature for when you accumulate too many items like doughnuts.
Fairy merge
In under an hour, this surpassed all my merge games!!! I have been collecting dragons for almost a year now n my dragons are second!!!
In almost all of the others it is the same thing with different stories, same wait times, same goals in basically the same way just with different items...
Fairly Merge is DIFFERENT!!! Just a couple of spoilers for merge lovers: whole different idea of merging n collecting!!! You START with 160 energy level (where others are around 85)... The fireflies DON'T give you food items - but they give you everything else... You can merge or use energy collected WHILE you play....
I have a couple of suggestions (then it will be the FIRST 5 star rating i will ever have given)..
I don't have enough room to lay all my mergings, and PLEASE stop telling me that a 5 merge is better than a 3. ALSO wait times- normal free at 30 seconds - fairy is 45 . N waiting for an obstacle normally is 40s, 1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes - n so on.. PLAYING Fairy merge --- you aren't waiting like that!!!
Lastly , Fairy Merge already beats the others in unique game play--- think about this - have a feature where friends who play Fairy Merge are able to add eachother n have an option to choose a gift (like choose one out of 3-5 items) to send a time or two a day (would love the feature to let you send a gift every 6 hours but would take it any way you programmed it).. Social apps would make this so easy to accomplish !!! And it would highly encourage others to at least TRY this game!!!

Awesome customer support!
I had lost my high yield buildings after the update and contacted customer support. They replied QUICKLY and remedied the situation. That means a lot to me, as I feel it is just as important as gameplay. The game itself is fun, and I look forward to seeing how it will grow in time. Kudos to the customer service!

Not happy
I like the game but they messed up my gem total and the female character disappeared off the screen, she can still be accessed through the task screen but when you fill her orders the fans don’t appear on the board. This happened when it was updated and is still messed up

A great game, had trouble downloading, sent a message and it was fixed straight away with a treat thrown in. Wonderful

Cute game but slow, poorly balanced, and buggy
This is a pretty cute merge game—I enjoy the graphics and theming. Unlike other Evermerge-like merge games, the food-spawning items don’t die out, can be upgraded via merge, and can give you food via coins. The food can also be merged! And like other merge games, the food is used to fill requests so you can get items to clear more of the fog surrounding the world.
The issue arises however that because the food is paid for via gold, that is the ONLY thing you can use gold for. You cannot use gold to buy more energy—you must use gems, which are extremely hard to come by unless you want to pay real money… which is an issue when daily task requires you to make purchases at the in-game store! The way the game is currently balanced, you essentially have to pay real money to even complete the daily tasks! (Another daily task, by the way, is to tap the fireflies that fly across the map. That would be fine… if they spawned more than four times. They stopped spawning entirely after I unlocked daily tasks.)
Speaking of, the daily tasks are bugged, and nothing counts toward them at all after the first day (which I wasn’t even able to complete all daily tasks for anyway due to the reasons listed above).
The game also very swiftly becomes a heavy grind when the first new character you unlock after the hero gives you the quest of fulfilling two requests for him. This would be perfectly acceptable if the request did not require a high-level food item, and the next request required an even higher-level one! On top of that, the restaurants spawn both food and drink items, and mine seems to favor the drink, which I only need a level 2 version of, VS the hotdogs that I need a level 7 version of! See my problem here? Granted, you do spawn higher levels of food as you level up the dragon restaurant, but it’s still a very slow process.
I’m still early in the game and can’t clear a lot of the fog I have access to because it takes so long to fill requests, and I am swiftly running low on space. I’ll keep playing for a bit longer because I do like some of the concepts here, but the devs really need to balance this game better.
