Can’t open the app

Whenever I open the app, the tabtale screen pops up and it cuts to white and I can’t get in, I try closing out and going back in but it does the same thing, can you fix that please?

So Fun 🤩 but I’ve gotta ask

I installed this app before, and when I found out there was only one fairy to dress up, I got the full version of this. It had all fairies in it and that’s what made me busy throughout the age of 7. I’m 14, so I’m not sure if I’m installing this app again, because one time when I downloaded it, the screen went straight to white. I deleted it, then on the same day, it was the same thing, I’d like it fixed so you could bring me back to the nostalgic memories
