App won’t work anymore
It’s so sad this app has completely stopped working. It won’t even open anymore. After I deleted and redownloaded it still won’t work.

What is wrong with this app!??? Click on and all you get is a blank screen. Tried to update - but there are NO updates. What the heck!???
Needs improvement
When I try using the site I have to update my password every time and when I updated my cc it says it’s not valid-even though it’s correct. Its too much hassle.

While this app has never been a “well oiled machine,” it has gotten the job done. But now, it hangs when I launch it—doesn’t even make it to a splash screen.
Fix the App
I have been using this app for years and suddenly. I have to go to website because it says I have no internet connection. I’ve removed the app and will simply go to the website.

Is anyone reading these reviews?! This app hasn’t worked in over a year! Shameful to ignore the requests to allow us to donate to the church and our community! Yet guessing you keep charging the parishes to “distribute” our donations…

Whenever I open the app it just stays frozen on the screen that says faith direct.

This app is totally useless! I’m running iOS 17.5.1 and I can’t even open the app! Why aren’t they updating this thing?!?

I cannot open app for almost a year now, I always have to go to safari to log in to Faith Direct to make one time contribution. They are very efficient to collect my monthly contributions for my church but they are inefficient with their apps.

I have attempted to use this app on both my iPhone, and my iPad, but when I open both apps, they simply give me a message that I’m not connected to the Internet? Well, of course I am, that’s how I downloaded it, so I’m not sure what the problem is. Too bad I would’ve loved to of use the app instead of a browser to monitor and continue donations.

Practically invisible font
I’m now donating less to my church because I relied on the convenience of this app since I don’t carry cash or checks. The last update made the font nearly invisible and I can’t log in. I know I need to develop a new system for my own donations but this sure is a loss for churches that have benefited from the app’s use. Please redesign!

This app is still pointless. Just leads you to the website and serves no other function that I am aware of.
Not an App, Just a Shortcut
The app functions as nothing more than a shortcut icon, redirecting to a phone’s browser to accomplish much of anything.
Disappointed
My church moved to this platform during The COVID 19 pandemic. I was excited to find the app but later realized its only function was to take you to the website to sign in. I hope the developers add features like allowing users to complete donations on the app and also enable functions like FaceID login. At the moment the only benefit is it prevents me from having to bookmark or create a favorite for the website.

What? This Isn’t an App
How this ‘app’ made it past Apple app criteria is beyond me.
I like the thought of electronic church funding.
But, this “app” needs to programmed.
Missing-being an actual app, not redirected to website, secured, variety of financial functionality. Basically, this needs to brought out of the 80’s into today’s tech world. Sorry.
