I started a free trial of which I was charged $30 for the year afterwards. However I cancelled the subscription and it stated that I would still receive content until December 31,2026 but now I’m not able to receive some of the content that I paid for. It’s saying no active subscription but I still paid the 30 dollar fee so I should be able to receive the additional content until it expires.

After creating a profile, I had to pay. There was no option of free trial and now excerpts from episodes. I imagine that they are not very good because they were created by AI from what I’ve seen - but there is no way I can actually see for myself. I haven’t even found anything on YouTube. Also other reviews have said that the content used to be free and now it must be paid for. I honestly don’t think this app deserves the one star I gave it because I know nothing about the app.

This app makes it extremely difficult to cancel a membership, even during the free trial period. I contacted support to confirm my cancellation, but they never clearly answered my question. The videos are low quality, and overall it feels like a waste of money. I would not recommend downloading this app.

Lack of Transparency With Subscriptions
I’m very disappointed with how this app handles subscriptions. There is no clear link or explanation on how to cancel, and the app doesn’t even appear under Subscriptions in my Apple account. On top of that, there’s no obvious way to contact support from within the app. This feels extremely deceptive and makes it unnecessarily difficult for users to manage or cancel their subscription. Transparency is seriously lacking. The contact email does not work!

HOW TO CANCEL?
Great app, aside from the fact that I’ve had to call my bank to dispute charges because you cannot cancel. I’ve gotten a new debit card and it still keeps taking my money. For being a faith app they sure do love to make it impossible to stop taking ur $$.

Like other have said I downloaded the app, used the free subscription and cancelled it before it was supposed to be charged and they still charged me 30$ TWICE in the same week and they do it under different names and in the middle of the night. DO NOT DOWNLOAD
An Embarrassment to God and Faith
Funny because I downloaded this app when I started to wonder if I wanted to explore getting back into faith. HA. Experienced exactly what “Jack 16” posted in their review. I cancelled before the free trial ended because the videos were just AI generated and verrrry basic. Only a couple of options to choose from. Not worthwhile. They started charging me $10 under “Faith studios”, then continued to charge under “Belle Creative”. Sometimes charging $10 twice a month. It doesn’t show on my Apple device subscriptions, not even under the “inactive” subscriptions, IF I cancelled after the free trial ended. These are sneaky, sick people. You all should feel ashamed to hide a scam behind religion. Do not get this app despite the high rating.

Do not even start the free trial. It is extremely hard to get into contact with someone to cancel. I eventually did and they said they canceled my membership and really the DID NOT. This is supposed to be an app to grow closer to Jesus and it is a scam!!!! No support or help for this from them either. I have to get a new card from my bank.

While at first appearing awesome you soon realize all the content of the app is AI generated. I was fine with it at first a few missing hands here and there, but then in the first 30 seconds of the video Bible a whale appears on day two of creation. Uninstalling
