This app has so much potential, but the FaceTime video won't shut off even during the fake call, which means you can't stealthily setting it up and basically useless because the audio from the video playing gives it away as a fake.. Also it crashes every time I try to change the ring tone. The free version also crashes when I try to change the ring tune but it's usable because there's no video constantly playing, in going to find a different program, unless they fix this one

Annoying but fun
It was fun but it kept on making this annoying beeping sound whenever I finish a fake call. Plus, it keeps on playing the FaceTime video even when I was waiting for the fake call. As the title said: Annoying but fun

The FaceTime rocks!, but it keeps playing the video over & over update! I hate that. Just get fake a call it's better with fake FaceTime calls!

Its a cool app which is a life saviour in many situations. Fun to play around with and useful when you need to get out of trouble. For sure it doesn't crash. Total worth the price!
Cool, but needs a few additions.
It needs a way to pre-record a message that will play when you answer the "phone". I would also like to be able to crop the caller photos. Other than that, cool app!

If you are really iPhone "savy" then you might do well, for me the novice, this is kind of worthless. But it's only 99 cents.

I enjoy this app alot, i think that is very usefull specially for people like me that have an ipod touch instead of the iphone... it can get you out of tricky situations

suggestion
it even works with iTouches(only if the person you're faking thinks it's an iPhone!) I think that during the call that u should be able to use the keypad, it would make the prank more realistic.

I like this app. Just remember to switch to vibrate once you "fake it" because if you really get a call the phone will ring while it's next to your ear

Like it a lot! One problem I see is the VERY obvious "Fake Caller" icon ID. If the app is that blatant & people see the icon, it won't fly. Also no way 2 save calls 4 future use. App has 2 be activated 2 work. You can't use anything else & if u do u have 2 reset it. Great concept, few bugs.

Fantastic app with a few blips on the radar - a must have.
This is a well designed and packaged application, with intuitive controls just like any well made Mac program. The timer broke with the release of OS v2.2, but a prompt response from customer service with hours reassured me that a fix was being released with in days. True to their word it took about three days.
Their are only three minor blips that shouldn't stop anyone from purchasing this app: (1) the ring volume is rather low [there should be a volume control], (2) there is a rather limited choice of ring tones, and finally (3) limitations in the OS prevent the phone ringing and lighting up immediately like a real call until you hit the home button. However, if you sheild the phone from casual viewing nobody should know the difference.
This reviewer can only give this application 5 stars even though it is a reall 10, and hope that the minor glitches are resolved in future updates as they continue to improve the application.
