Most of the time your app does not work. At least the creator of app should check if the created app is worth putting online.

I use this app for more than 3 years. But since more than a week the pdf lab reports wont oppen. I tried on my wifes account, still the same issue. Kindly fix it.

Also, you shouldnt ask ppl to download the app so they access their reports (Specially if the app is bad!) It is a hospital not a restaurant, people are sick and need easy care, you are just making it more difficult for a tired person to get his pocket paid documents!
