Terrible service

I’ve been asking for help for about a week and I have not received a response back. The app just spins and spins or it will tell you that there’s already a video in queue and there isn’t. I literally have watched about 300 ads with zero video production over the last few days intentionally just to see exactly how many ads it would play without actually giving you a video.
It used to work, but over the last week it hasn’t worked at all.
