Fakhruddin HRMS

Fakhruddin HRMS is the official workforce app for the authorized personnel of organizations that use the Fakhruddin HRMS platform. It brings everyday HR tasks — attendance, leave, payroll information, documents, and requests — into one simple, secure app. Note: Fakhruddin HRMS is a business (B2B) app. Accounts are created and managed by your organization's HR team; you cannot sign up on your own. You select your organization at sign-in and log in with the credentials provided by your employer. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Attendance — Record geo-tagged attendance punches from approved locations. Location is used only while you're using the app; it is never tracked in the background. • Leave — Apply for leave, track balances, and follow the approval status of your requests. • Payroll — View your payroll information and download payslips. • Documents — Access employment documents, payslips, and company policies, and preview or save them to your device. • Requests — Submit and track loans, salary advances, claims, requisitions, and other HR requests. • Approvals — Managers and approvers can review and act on pending transactions on the go. • Notifications — Get timely alerts for approvals, payouts, and HR updates. • Security — Sign in securely, with credentials stored using your device's protected storage. You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time from the Profile tab. Fakhruddin HRMS does not collect data for advertising and does not sell your personal information.
