Disappointed
Had to pay a surcharge for parking and waiting time over and above rate charged through the APP; this surcharge had to be paid in cash for which a receipt was never given and is still owed when I complained through email, and why I think think this not being above board; I have since deleted the APP and will no longer be using them; for our return journey we used an alternate online transfer service which paid off
