I can’t get support to respond
I downloaded the free version and have been very happy with the app. I want to upgrade to the premium version, but I fill out the form, provide my CC and nothing happens. I’ve tried to reach support and no response. Frustrated!
Ok app
I used it for 2 years, however communication is extremely lacking as I can’t get ahold of anybody ever through any communication source they offer. I have tried to cancel my subscription as I no longer need it, however I can’t get anybody to talk to and there is nothing on the website or app to cancel.

This was a really good app for the last few years. Late last year when i went to do my twx reports I couldn’t log into my account, got some weird error code. Multiple tries were made to log on thru the app and the website.
I was unable to get any of my tax records/receipts and reports. Worst of all, my credit card has been being charged the monthly fee !!!

Small Business
I have been using this app since it was available and it is great! Keeps up with my mileage, hours labor, hotels and meals, job supplies, etc.
Ok app
I used this app for the past year. Initially there were a lot of bugs to work out, it then worked well for a few months. Now everytime I try to log out or record an expense I get an error message which will not allow me to do anything. I have deleted the app and redownloaded getting the same message. Also the mileage tracker was shorting my trip on average 3 miles each trip compared to another gps.

Extremely Disappointed
Have had this app for 4 years. Started having issues with it saying I had used up my free uses. I have a paid subscription so no free uses. Support would tell me log out and log back in to fix. That worked for a while but then started getting “Json could not serialize”. Tried logging out like I’m always told to do, will not let me log out, just kept getting this message. I reached out asking support to fix it or cancel my subscription. I get a reply to my email that my subscription was cancelled. Very disappointed, I have recommended this to many on my Team and this is their support. I do t recommend tbis app at all. This is how long term Customers are treated.

Bad experience
My experience with this app was not great. Drove 80 miles and only recorded 5 miles running in the background. Not sure if running in the background is the issue or conflict with other apps like Uber/Lyft
Not Happy
Customer Service will not respond to ANY of my emails, I cannot reset my password because I never get the link, I cannot cancel my subscription because it says I don’t have one, but my bank statements and email receipts show that they are taking their payments. I can’t get ahold of anyone. And half the time my app doesn’t work. I would like to cancel my subscription and cut to thousands of dollars I now have lost because the app will not register any of my information…

Bad spelling and impossible to cancel
I’ve tried to cancel the app on my phone. It will allow me to delete it but I cannot get them to quit charging me. I looked in their FAQ. I looked on their website. There’s no help anywhere. Thanks Falcon!

In a time where decent customer service is hard to find these people were amazing! Had some issues with my app not working and they went above and beyond to get me back to tracking expenses. I appreciate the quick response and a temporary solution to keep me on track with a busy schedule. Highly recommend.

Great customer service
I have used this app for years and one day it kicked me out for some reason and I needed to sign back in. I couldn’t reset my password so I figured I’d try to email for help. Lo and behold I got customer service within the hour (and after hours nonetheless!) and I’m back up and running. I thought I’d never get real support, but I was wrong. It’s a great app for mileage. Highly recommend!

Keep charging me after I’ve cancelled 3 times
This company continues to charge my card every month after I have cancelled 3 TIMES and they have given me confirmation that I have cancelled. Every month-since SEPTEMBER 2020-ITS FEBRUARY 2021-I have to dispute the charge on my card. I’m really done.
They will not stop taking money after I have cancelled
I have sent multiple emails trying to cancel the service and they still keep trying to take money. Horrible customer support

I use the app solely for tracking mileage. It’s sufficient for that, though I don’t know what purpose the ‘billable’ feature serves as it doesn’t carry over to the CSV report.
Creating and emailing a report is very easy and user friendly. The CSV report itself is what I’m not happy with. All of the data is in a text format which makes data manipulation, sorting and calculations, impossible unless the information is reformatted.
Every month I tell myself I’m going to find a different app to use but just don’t get around to it.

👌The best expense tracker out there
I’ve been tracking my expenses for years using different apps and this one is the best. I love how easy it is to use and how I can categorize everything by job type and tag each expense however I want with custom tags for job numbers and categories for expense types.
It is really convenient that is has three ways to enter mileage expenses. I really like using the GPS tracker and the feature where I can enter my start and end address has come in handy a few times.
Whenever I have to bill clients I log my hours, all from the same app.
Also, it works as a handy receipt keeper so that my wallet is not stuffed all the time and I’m not longer losing receipts as they are all right here in Falcon.

I’ve been using this app for quite a while to keep track of my small business expenses and it’s perfect for everything from scanning receipts to logging miles. The GPS tracker is fantastic and when there is a drive that I didn’t track I just use the addresses feature by entering my beginning and ending destination and it calculates my driving distance and mileage expense.
