Worst E scooter app
I tried my best I went to the website and I’ve tried that I cannot even sign up whatever email I’m using. I’ve tried more than 4 emails. Keep asking to call the support because not exist in the user base!

Sometimes scooters just stop working during ride
I use the scooters in education city about 3-5 times a week.
1. Many times the scooter just stops working while I’m in the middle of the road, and the app doesn’t say anything!
2. Some scooters also go at 15km/h while others go at 20km/h. Very frustrating.
3. There is no way during the ride to report a problem, only after I pay. And even when I try to report the problem, the option is not listed. When I try to submit an ‘other’ entry box, the app freezes and crashes. No way to get my money back either.
I give 2 stars cause it still works normally 80% of the time.

I’ve tried scanning various IDs from Qatar abs the U.S. more than 20x and it never works. Couldn’t find any social media accounts to complain to or troubleshoot.
