Never works
Places of business never have the capability to connect to the application. Discounts give error messages and I’ve rarely had a smooth experience with it. Iron out your technical kinks and connect with your businesses utilizing it to train on usability. I’ve a balance I can’t use at my favorite restaurants. I’d like my $45 balance back in my pocket. This app is useless.

Supporting local business has never been more important. The Falls Pay app brings our community together in an effort to make us stronger.
Lots of potential
It’s a nice looking app, and I could see the benefits of using it. But currently it adds MORE friction to placing orders. I felt like I was the first person to ever use this at the restaurant I went to. Nobody knew how to use it, and I didn’t automatically get the discount promotion they were offering for using the app. Close but no cigar.

It’s so wonderful that FallsPay helps local businesses. I wish I was able to pay this way more; it’s fantastic and so easy. It feels great helping out our community! I’ve used it at almost all the places available.
