Won’t let me sign up

Your directions say my child has to be 13 or older in order for me to use the app. He’s 14. Yet your app won’t even allow me to put in his birth date. It won’t take anything before 7/19/2007. That makes NO sense. 👎🏾👎🏾

Your child can create his own account if he is 13 years old or older, Parents may create a profile for their own children only if they are UNDER 13 years old.
