Losing features
I used to be able to check in with the app, but that feature was taken away. Now, my shot history is gone, and I can’t keep track of when I had my last allergy shot. The app is getting less and less useful.

Check-In Removal is a terrible downgrade
Removal of the check-in is such a horrible downgraded experience. Bring it back!
Downgrade for app
New app takes away ability to check in for shots. Please reinstate this feature, no one wants to carry around cards.
Barcode!?!
The main use of this app is to scan in for allergy shots and the barcode was removed in the latest update. I enjoy some more detailed appointment info but needs its main feature back.
Not helpful, Needs fixed
A let down for an “improved app”. They took away the ability to check-in for shots which is frustrating but even more so, it doesn’t show a barcode to scan. Both features the old app had even though it didn’t retain your login and didn’t have Face ID. They need to get this remedied asap. Until then it’s basically only a reference for shot history. Easier to make a phone call. And I can’t imagine how frustrating this is for the shot nurses to manually check-in all of us who depended on the app and don’t carry a little card to scan.

The app has stop working. I can’t sign into the app to view my account and pay my bills. Please fix

Takes forever to login!
Requires login with each use
Every time I use the app for the barcode I have to enter my id and password. The iOS password app doesn’t remember which account to use so I have to search every time. Please fix this and add Face ID as well.

App connectivity
The app is great and is really easy to use. Recently however it’s gives an error(Alert! Some error occurred. Please try again later.) and won’t allow logins. All my other apps work, except this one app. Can someone take a look at the issue to help resolve? Thanks ! 🙂

Login functionality broken for months
The app does not work. I cannot log in. This was one of the main benefits to this practice. There was a quick app with access to everything, especially the log in for shots.
There are so many businesses that have scan cards, but most have converted to apps so you don't have to carry a physical card.
Please fix this. It has been broken for months and no one at the local office knows what to do.

Needs work
Would be awesome if it didn’t always say “missed shot” when really I’m just not on a weekly schedule — have been on maintenance for years. And would be really cool if you could set a schedule and it notify you when you are due or soon to be due.
Stopped working
Worked fine then suddenly I am unable to login.
I’ve changed my password multiple times.
Removed the app and reloaded it.
No fix and no one to help.
Very frustrating since I can’t scan my app to get my shot.
I have to go to the desk and ask them to look me up.

Broken Not Able to logon
The app has been broken for over 6 months. The last update a month ago did NOT fix the logon issues.
