Family Care Conductor

Family Care Conductor helps families and care teams coordinate daily care for an aging parent or loved one. Use the app to keep everyone aligned on care logs, medications, appointments, schedules, messages, team members, notifications, and important care updates. Admin users can also access account settings, data export, and account deletion request tools. Families can optionally pair a GPS tracker to share a loved one's location with the care circle — including knowing when they're safely at home, with alerts if they leave unexpectedly. Location sharing is always consent-based and controlled by the family. Family Care Conductor is designed for existing care-circle users. The mobile app does not offer in-app subscription purchases, Stripe Checkout, payment portal access, or external purchase links. Family Care Conductor is not a medical device, healthcare provider, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice.
