Internal server error
No matter how I try to sign up all I get is an internal server error.
App no longer supported/not working
I can’t find a way to notify Apple this app is not working, the support email bounces back, and the website help centre is 404. Don’t download, not working.

My sister signed my family up. We have a code. We can’t get in. As soon as we enter our information after entering name and number we get an internal server error.
Too easy to accidentally sign up
This is a great concept and can really be a stress reliever for the care giver and the person needing care. However all you do is tap in a task and it signs you up! I accidentally signed up for two tasks and there doesn’t seem to be a way to remove it yourself once assigned. Now I have to bother the people who need help due to user error. Not good.

Can’t register
Looked promising but IMPOSSIBLE to even register. “Email address invalid” error. Tried creating an account with 3 different email addresses then gave up.

Looks like a good app but I can’t even create an account. Keep getting an internal server error.

Can’t get past log in / create account screen with out getting an internal error message. App store is listing my phone as compatible.

Almost everything we need
Would be great to have somewhere to list contact details of all supports involved. Ie gp / psychologist / psychiatrist/ social worker for all members. If we are attending different appointments usually need this information.
No Support from app company
Whether on the webpage or the app, selecting support option leads to a “no longer exists” area. Can’t see how to store medication list or some pdf’s of medical records/notes, so will proceed to another app.
Quite useful, minor issues
Unfortunately needed to create a care team. Fortunately found this app. It really does quite a bit and seems to work pretty well overall.
However, the Support and FAQ links in the app are no good. Some care team members find that they can no longer access the team and receive an error message with the code, forcing them to delete and reinstall in order to regain access. Notifications are a bit wonky, also.
Lastly, it would be nice for at the least the team creator to see who is liking what posts or messages

App keeps duplicating
This app has duplicated on my Home Screen 3 times now on two days! Can you please make it stop! I got this app to help my mom who had a terrible fall and lives out of state.
Internal server error
App creators, please fix the sign up account! We just made a new care team but our family members can’t create an account. It says INTERNAL SERVER ERROR OCCURRED. There isn’t any app support. Please help.
Best Caregiving app
I use this with many families. It really helps families to engage and know what is going on with their loved ones. Especially if they are long distant caregivers. This is how I keep everyone inThe loop.

Super Helpful Caregiving App
Caregiving from afar is not easy but with CircleOf I am able to stay connected and updated on how my friend is doing. Even though I am not nearby I can still help out by sending grocery and food deliveries when they need shopping done and meals taken care of.
Problematic
This app looked like it’d be good, but I haven’t even been able to get team members because the invites aren’t being sent (or never arrive (and not in junk mail either.)
We tried sending invitations via text and email…nothing worked. The person I’m helping also contacted the developer about this problem. No response yet.

Great app!
At first I wasn’t convinced a caregiving app would help. Wow was I wrong! Since getting CircleOf and having family and close friends join, things have gotten a lot easier- organizing my appointments, keeping everyone updated, and being notified when someone offers to help me. When I have had questions the support team is responsive and open to feedback, not something you find with a lot of free apps.
