It’s great when it works
It’s down a lot, and then the info doesn’t import in after that. Sometimes you have to create a new “person” just to get prescriptions filled because all your info is gone. It is great though when it does work correctly
Family Drug App
Not a very easy to use app. Not a lot of features and can’t find my list of medicines. It doesn’t say when it is time to request refills. When comparing to other store apps this app is very simple. I with it was more personalized.
Unfair
I am made to feel like I’m being judged by pharmacy staff because I have two fractured bones in my spine which requires my taking pain medication. Sorry unfair to have to feel embarrassed of my disability every month that I have to face them.
Wouldn’t work
I had to delete the app. Every time I tried to add my profile and hit “save” it would close the entire app out. I tried several times, and then uninstalled it. No sense in having it on my phone if it doesn’t work.
