Constant Login Issues
Create account. Login to account. Told you have to verify identity. Do that and then I’m told my account already exists. Endless loop from there.
Fix the app please!
Love the pharmacy, hate the app. Login issues every time. Have contacted the pharmacy as well as Family Fare support and yet there are issues every time. It has led to delays getting our scripts filled every time because it’s hard for us to get the pharmacy called every time we need a script filled. And we fill quite a few per month.

App doesn’t work, don’t bother downloading not worth your time
Around and around
I attempted to register for an account, and was told the account already existed. Next step I tried to reset my password, which worked, I received an email with a new password! Step three, use new password to log in. Upon logging in I am directed to the create a new account page, which is not allowed because an account already exists, and then n and on and on.
