They make it impossible to delete your account when logged in with Facebook
The app is beautiful and the game is fun however I’m very leery of apps that make it hard and or impossible for you to delete. I have been trying to delete this app all day seems I need to talk to Support via text and they never respond. Seems I may have to go into Facebook to get this thing deleted. I find this kind of thing very shifty.

I had this game for years, but you could never win. A few days ago I brought it up again, and it freezes constantly!! Losing coins and tickets, dumb answers also.

The games freezes up frequently, causing you to lose all your coins. Coins are purchased, there is not an avenue to try and recuperate your $$

It’s fine but sometimes I think it’s rigged to freeze so you forfeit your coins or you get really good players after some wins or completely even scores on rounds just doesn’t really make sense.
STEALS COINS
Game freezes mid game even after you write an answer & ends up leaving you with no points! When it freezes you exit & it takes your coins & tickets 🤦♀️

Glitches a lot, losing tickets and coins. Freezes mid game. Not fair, can’t even play for 5 mins without it happening.

Don’t get me wrong. I really like this game. It’s very fun and entertaining, but what I don’t like is how when you are in the middle of a round it just pauses and when you try to refresh the page, it takes you back to the home screen, and does not let you keep your money that you had that round. It’s very annoying for me.

Frustratingly buggy
This game is so buggy. Sometimes when I’m playing it stops accepting answers from me so I lose all my coins and can’t finish the game then I have to start over from scratch and hope it doesn’t happen. The developers need to fix this especially because there is an option to buy coins, how is it fair to buy coins and have them taken away from you because the app is buggy?

Doesn't work sometimes
Sometimes when I type an answer it stops working. When it stops working it doesn't respond and doesn't even let me earn points. I can still type but the it won't accept the any answers. It'll just act like nothing was typed. Causing me to leave the game and lose the coins and tickets I used.

Not bad, needs updates for newer phones
I echo a lot of the reviews listed here about lags, crashing and other issues. Lately I haven’t had as much of those issues, and it’s fun. But I got an iPhone 17 Pro Max, and I can’t even see the total coins I have left. Blocked by the island at the top. Please update this.
Please please fix glitches
I love this game but I keep losing due to glitches like I finally get 1 ticket after 2 hours only for the game to glitch and lose my money and tickets. Can you please compensate in some way for that?

Get rid of tickets it's stupid if you want people to play your app then give them something they can do for more then 10 min. Literally all my tickets are gone after that and makes me want to delete this game why do I need coins and tickets to play it's dumb.
BUGS AND CRASHING ISSUES
I’m disappointed that the game crashes so much on me. I’ll be in the middle of a game it will just pause and not resume the game. I have to force close and lose tickets as well as coins. This is super frustrating when you pay for things and they don’t work. I hope I can get a resolution for this issue.

This game is terrible. Impossible to play with friends and once you connect Facebook it shares all your info and won’t let you delete your account. Wish I could give it zero stars
