Difficult to use
I hate the app as it is slow, navigation stinks, and it’s just overall a bust! I wouldn’t even use it but I am waiting on an update to the webpage. The webpage is great! The only issue with that is they need to do an update so it’s completely compatible with apple devices. Very disappointed but hoping they fix the app to work more like the webpage.

Awesome card control and message feature
Was about to take a trip and forgot to submit my notice at the branch. My app allowed me to set a travel notification and send a message to them asking about a transaction on my account. I could see my travel note and got a quick response back on my question. By far, the easiest app on my phone.

This app is easy to use! I love that I can transfer money from different accounts easily and that I can deposit checks and pay bills from my phone!
Mobile deposit faulty
Instructions say to endorse “FFCU for mobile deposit only” which I did. The deposit failed because it wants “For remote deposit at FFCU only” and so I added that. Deposit failed again for same reason. I tried printing it. Deposit failed again. Now I cannot deposit check in any other way, so I am out the money.

The app is great but your overdraft fees are outrageous. I’ve lost so much money this yeah because your fees. Seriously considering switching banks.

Well over all it is OK,,, but the fact that you have to be connected to an external WI-FI signal leaves alot to be desired, cannot use it with the phone data,,

Surprisingly good app!
The menu is great, runs very smooth, has great privacy/security settings, updates quickly if not immediately(for most things) it even has Touch ID for my iPhone which is very impressive for a local banks app.
