Took away the motion on decorations I payed for!
This used to be my favorite game. I’ve been playing this game for years. I have spent a lot of money, trying to get the decorations in the events as much of us have! Recently, they decided to make it where the decorations do not move anymore, the balloons do not flow, the windmills don’t turn, the robot bunny that waters. My garden is no longer watering my garden etc. Obviously this pisses me off because I paid for those decorations and now they no longer look the same! They’re basically just boring stationary decorations. That’s not what I spent money to get! Horrible decision! I messaged support and they said that they did this on purpose to save the game from crashing and glitches! And gave me 300 energy! I pathetic gift, not even comparable to the amount of money I’ve spent on this game! But I’m done with that! Goodbye family Island!

Fun game but there is no advancement without spending money. Starts out fun and easy but before too long, adventures start using vast amounts of energy which then requires money to advance.

This game is so low quality it looks like a living turd. I’d prefer to play jigsaws games than this utter piece of trash if you’re considering downloading it save your storage for literally anything else
Cute game but wayyyyyy too many pop ups
Cute game, I’ve been playing for years but it’s so annoying to have the pop ups all the time. All I want to do is play and BAM a pop up. It’s annoying to the point where I don’t want to play anymore.

Constantly out of energy or whatever you need to progress. Some times you get ads that go on forever. Put my phone down come back a few minutes

I used to play this game and then I got a new iPad so I didn’t play it again because I forgot and for 10 minutes ago I remembered and I got it again! I’m addicted
cant enjoy game
You can't play this game for very long before you run out of energy and materials. It's nearly impossible to collect enough resources because the developers are extremely stingy with what they give you. Every island eventually becomes a wall where you can't progress because you're out of energy.
The energy system is especially frustrating. You only regenerate a small amount of energy, but almost everything you need costs an absurd amount. An upgrade might require 10 of an item, yet each one can cost around 200 energy to collect. Progress ends up feeling painfully slow.
You could play every day for over a week and only gain a couple of levels. Most of the gameplay becomes logging in, collecting one or two items, immediately running out of energy, and closing the app to wait again. Instead of being fun, it feels like the game is constantly forcing you to stop playing
