Used to be a good game now support stinks!!!!! Game continues to freeze up. The events don’t open on time. They don’t give the rewards earned ! I won an event didn’t get my keys, rubies or the points. Opened an island I already completed!!!!

Deletion

I have tried to delete this game so that I can start again. I am new to this style of game and got stuck with no resources to play and progress. But the game won’t delete. Please reset so I can do this as I love this game.
