EVERYONE NEEDS IT
You NEVER KNOW when you’ll need your medical history. You will ALWAYS have it with you on your phone or tablet if you have this app! AND YOU DON’T NEED THE INTERNET TO ACCESS IT!!!
Data Entry is Difficult
The report this app spits out looks great but getting the data into it to get to that report is near impossible. To enter a medication, you have to scroll through their entire list of thousands. There is a bar at the bottom that will help you scroll faster, but still incredibly time consuming. And if your medication is not on their list, there is no way to add it. The other data entry forms are nothing more than tables. You can’t fit the entire provider information on one page, you have to scroll side to side and sometimes you can’t see all the text in a particular cell.
I saved each screen after entering information, but when I went back to print the report, all the data I had entered was missing. Definitely not worth the price. Free would be too expensive for this app.

Everyone should have this app!
All of my medical information in one place that can be retrieved and updated anytime anywhere. How many of us are left scrambling when trying to pull together our medical history? How many of us can remember everything we should when asked for our medical history? What a great app for both personal and those in the medical profession. I highly recommend this app.

Medical Info at Your Fingertips
What a timesaver this app is whenever and wherever you need medical care! The little bit of time it takes to complete the app is well worth it. Not only your medical history but your family’s medical history can be at your fingertips which is so important especially in an emergency.
A Great Tool!
This app has been EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I have an extensive medical history and really appreciate the fact that ALL of my history is with me at ALL times. It helps me keep track of all my meds and supplements. Whenever I am treated, the intake nurse is thrilled that I can provide such a complete medical history.
