Great app but needs to have a section to record medical tests like, X-rays, lab, ECG etc. And also a section to record Dr's and specialist appointments.

This is absolutely worthless. Does not work. Will not allow me to save medications.

I gave fair marks because there is no place to put notes or dated Drs comments. Like a journal of Drs. office visits. Old people forget these things. Also need a place for future questions or concerns.

Allows me to take note of health records in detail.
