Does not update for hours
Yeah, it used to work but lately it has not been updating until hours later. I go to check the location of my family member and it still says they’re at work when they are on their way home. Very disappointed this used to be such a great app. Will be finding a new one.
Not consistent
I don’t know what updates they’re doing, but my notification are basically non existent. It’s irritating. There is no consistency with this app. Works great for a minute, then silence. They update. Works for a minutes, then silence. Can you please fix it and keep it fixed?
Upset
Unfortunately, using this app for almost two years it’s not uploading. Again making a bad review cause it upsets me cause my father has old timers and as much as keep are on it to find my father standing somewhere random we can us the app to track him. But it’s not working.

Inaccurate locations and locations history
Multiple times the app showed inaccurate location history and current location. We even verified with family members. Poor customer service, not responsive and disregards customer concerns. Would not rely on the locations history at all
It has changed
The app itself has changed to the point of it’s no longer effective still says my sister is at her school when she’s been on summer for weeks just doesn’t work unless you pay anymore
Useless app
Support say if you send them a message, they’ll get back to you immediately. This is not the case. Support is none existent and when your family members location, isn’t updating and you contact support, It falls on deaf ears. Don’t waist your time with this app. Yes you can keep track of someone but if something happens to one of your loved ones and their location goes off, the family nest service stops there.

Not current
Unfortunately, using this app for almost two years it’s not uploading or something is preventing to locate current location. It’s concerning since we like our location available as it has been till now.
Lagging
For some reason it does not update location for awhile. App is updated but still shows members at home even though they have been gone for awhile. Frustrating when keeping tabs on kids

This app is very difficult to understand how to use it. I won’t be renewing my membership. I have had it for almost a year and I still don’t understand it

Constant problems
This app is still giving me problems. For instance two of my daughters go to the same university. On the app it says one of them has been in the same building for the past 4 days and it won’t update her location. Every now and then I have to resend the code for my kids to join and sometimes that fixes the location issues. I shouldn’t be having these issues with a paid subscription. I’m going to look at other apps and make the switch. So many complaints with this app but the issues never get fixed

Not good at tracking/glitches with location
Will mark you at a different location while you have not moved at all
