Tried adding my son and every time I go to add his number the app crashes. Will find another way but this is not it.

Don’t waste your time
Tried to set up an account, but logged me out half way through the process. Then after having to reset a password I hadn’t even set, I was sent an activation key that is too long for the input box, so can’t activate. Waste of time and effort. Now requires a call to support before I’ve even set up an account. I’ve given up.

Got me results.
I Came across this recommendation here on the apple app store, I didn’t believe they could help me get the results i needed to confirm my partner’s infidelity considering the fact that I’ve put a lot into getting the information i need to call it quits with him cause it was no longer just an assumption, his actions, neglect and frequency on his phone and PC made it obvious. I gave the hacker’s services a shot after losing a lot to these apps with no results. I got in touch and emailed them at CybersailHQ@ gmail com, employed their services, provided them with the required details. I did this not believing it will come to fruition just like most of the apps I’ve tried. Fortunately for me, the hack was successful and reports sent to me further confirmed my “assumptions” as my partner was an unrepentant cheat. On seeing text messages, emails and pictures, he denied being married, gosh! there and then I knew it was over. It broke me down bad, but I’m glad family and friends helped me heal. I’m Grateful to Mr Venn for unfolding the truth, I recommend their services 100%.

Worse app ever
It never connected with my child’s device. Sent them two messages with picture of the issue I was having. I need my money back
No tracking between spouses
I invited my wife to be in my household, with a paid subscription. She never got the invitation. So we signed her up and it would not allow her to join my household. So I reached out to support and they manually put her in my household.
When I would send her family orbit messages and allow tracking, she could not see either. It was a big waste of time. It did nothing it promised.

Does not work as advertised!
I would not recommend this app not anyone. First, it is difficult to install and get going. It is not user friendly and has several complicated steps. Second, it DOES NOT monitor text messages! Even with the iTunes download! The ONLY two things that worked was showing contacts and location(very delayed location I might add). Other than that, nothing else was accessible, even with the iTunes download. I reached out to the guy that runs the program and asked for a refund for the second month that had JUST been charged and explained that it wasn’t working…HE REFUSED! he continued to charge me for the whole month (even though he was contacted immediately after the charge). His response was curt, and unprofessional! So, don’t expect refunds for a failed app that doesn’t do anything different than find my iPhone does! Don’t waste your money or your time. You will not receive the customer support or service that you’re paying for.

Don’t sign up for the free trial! Money Grab!
Their “free” trial is not really free. Tried it for three days and decided it wasn’t for my family. Canceled within the trial period but was still charged for the full month. When I emailed, the response is that they’re very transparent about their charges and they won’t refund me for the month charged after the free trial which I never even used. I’m pretty tech savvy in my early thirties. This app is very buggy and not what you’re looking for if you want to monitor your kids phones. The emergency alert function doesn’t even work properly. What a waste of time and money. Use something else. Buyer beware!

Scam
This company is a scam. I have cancelled multiple times and they keep charging me. The email provided to PayPal is a “donotreply” email and now every time I try to access the app, it says error please try back later. I’m going to try to block the payment through my bank next.
Deleted after 3 days
Signed up and followed all the steps and the app never refreshed and after sending multiple trial texts and calls to my child’s phone it still said 3 days later there was zero activity. I reached out to Customer service to inquire about and they sent me tutorial videos on how to monitor from my computer. I followed videos and connected phone with still no success. They have a strict 0 refund policy so I’m just out $20.00 for 3 days of frustration. Great idea just not user friendly AT ALL!

Subscription
I got the free trial and I do not like the app at all. I want to cancel before I am charged. It gives you a link to manage your subscription which asks you to enter your email address which sends you an email to access your account which sends you to the same link that asked for your email! Thank goodness I signed up to pay with PayPal. I will contact them and cancel that way. This app is a scam!!!!

Difficult and awful font colors when printing text logs
It is buggy. Would not download extractor from website.
When I finally got it to work with itunes...have to constantly backup itunes-run extractor each time you want it to refresh for updated messages.
Then the pdf to print out text logs is unreadable in print due to terrible font colors - its so light when u print. I had to resort to converting to excel type file for black and white report.
Not sure if i will continue paying for this- it should be much cheaper.

Useless
GPS tracking is not working at all: location doesn't get updated for days! The only time it gets updated is to manually launch the app.
The app is allowed to always use location services, and is allowed to run in background. Yet, the latest location shown right now is from Thursday last week - the day I had it installed and set it up for the first time.

Took to long to set up
Stick as many steps between users as possible. Gave up after repeatedly using the instructions. Delete it, find something better.

Hard to see anything!
Why would you put white font on a light colored background? There is nothing wrong with my eyes, but I can barely see a lot of the features on this app because of the white font on a light grey background. Seriously guys, please do something about this; it’s not aesthetically pleasing, just irritating!
