Bogus charges
They keep charging me even though I’ve repeatedly cancelled my subscription.
I have cancelled it. A long time ago. Yet I was just charged $39.99 for it 2 days ago.

Worthless App
Worthless app - cannot get the email verification step to work.

Fraud
Doesn’t do what was promised. Doesn’t show history despite shelling out more for the pro subscription. Ignored request for tech support. Spend your money somewhere else.
DOES NOT WORK!!!
Absolutely useless. I played with every setting on this and it would not consistently update locations. Then downloaded Life360 and it worked great so I know it’s not me or my phones. I basically lost $24. I asked for a refund but I have little hope of getting it.
Does not work
When I push the contact button to add a contact the app closes. When I asked for a refund they gave me a procedure that does not address getting a refund.

Well worth the money. Simple, and it works. Can track my wife’s iPhone and my kids’ Androids. Been using it for over two years, and the new version for iOS10 and higher and with geofencing rocks.
Love the app
Years ago there were some problems with the app running on iOS7.0, but the developers had informed us that iOS 7.0 itself had a bug, and that even Apple’s Find My Friends app was not working right. Since we upgraded to newer iOS the app works great, I can track my boyfriend when he’s riding his bike across the state, and I always know where he is. I love the app.

The app works great, we can track any phone we want, wether they’re Apple or Android. My wife, our daughters and myself all share the same iTunes account, so I only had to buy the app once and it works on all of our phones, and we can track whoever we want as long as they are running the app on their phones.

App isn't so easy to use. Each user has to have email address (not ideal for younger kids) and if you are using different formats (iPhone & Android) within the same family you have to pay for the app multiple times. I felt like this should have been mentioned. I contacted customer service concerning the issues and they blew me off. Sorry not sorry kind of thing. Save your $ and time and don't download this app.

I loaded the software and to be far it updated my family's phones immediately. Locations were correct and all. Looked like a winner to help me keep track of my family and ensure their safety so I went ahead and purchased a 12 month Pro subscription. 27 days later I am still waiting for the software to update the original positions. Waste of time and money

Hope you don't need to locate your child.
The only successful function of this app seems to be the charging for a year subscription. So, if you DON'T want to be able to locate your child, then here's your app.

poor implementation and interface. I wish I could get my money back. I deleted it within a day. stay clear. no stars....but had to put one.

This app doesn't work unless the other person has an email account. If you're like most families and the kids are using your Apple account it's worthless. A waste of time and money. Don't get it.
Doesn't work.
The only thing that worked on this app was successfully billing me for the pro version. Doesn't send email invitations so the people you intend to track can't accept the invitation which is required for the process to work. Save your money.
