Lacking in some areas
Doesn’t not update consistently and doesn’t send push notification. Also doesn’t support Xfinity mobile for adding a phone number so I currently have no way of knowing if my car is moved unless I physically check the app and hope the location is updated

if you have their other app, they canceled their app you can’t even contact this company. If you’re trying to get your credit card off of their website, you can’t access their website with the same credentials that you use to log into the app so basically, this is just one big scam once they feel like scamming you

I had their old app for 1.5 years now and without warning the app is now basically disabled and doesn’t work. I can’t log into my account and they’re still billing me even though they’re not tracking a device that apparently can’t be tracked. Don’t waste your money they’re just gonna scam you. and apparently the app is not in the App Store no more, this is the only app in there and I can’t log into my account through this app and I cannot contact anybody to stop them from billing me. I literally have to have the bank disable the payments to this company in order to get them to stop billing me.

Very dissatisfied
Set up my account paid all this money went to go use it loaded the app use the password. Password was wrong could not get a hold of them. Very dissatisfied
Peace of mind for my teen
It’s been a relief to be able to keep tabs on my son and our only car. The speed and hard brake report has been my favorite and support is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive
