Could be better.
The app itself is great, love being able to share my photos with my family but don’t bother ordering anything from the store. I’ve waited almost 3 months for my photos that I paid for and customer service hasn’t responded to my last 2 emails.

Great app but needs extra album features
We love this app and have used it for 3 years now and it’s fantastic to share all the memories with our family, however I’m now pregnant again and would love to create a separate album on the app to keep my 2nd child’s pictures separate in their own album and this doesn’t seem to be possible unfortunately

Great for distant Families
With this App one can see great grandchildren grow and develop. Wonderful way to be involved in their lives on a daily basis. And see their adventures I love this app.The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because once they changed the packaging of mailing photos that I bought they started getting lost and it was too much of a hassle to try to get them to be replaced. I have three great grandchildren that I follow on this app.

This app is trash
I’m genuinely surprised it has so many good reviews. It’s not customizable at all aside from a few sharing aspects that aren’t even worth paying for. You can’t make albums, put titles or explanations on photos. And there’s no cross compatibility
Excellent App
We have used the app since early 2020 when we had our first baby. It’s been a staple for us ever since. It’s super user friendly for both posting memories and for family members of all ages and technology abilities to follow along with updates with the kids. This app is excellent, I can’t recommend it enough!

So unhappy with the changes
Space is now taken away from the picture because of ads and unable now to turn phone to get landscape mode
Very bad account support
Periodically I cannot access the account. I have a password manager that I consistently use. Mostly successfully. Then Mitene reports an error with username or password. Even though I use the same password manager that has been successful in the past. And Mitene support is **useless**. Unsupportive. No support.

new intrusive ads
I have loved this app for the almost two years we have been using it. I use the free version (and occasionally buy photos and gifts for myself and family) and haven’t minded the ads at the top of the screen. My toddler likes swiping through the photo feed and I was very disappointed to see intrusive full screen ads in between photos that didn’t used to be there. I don’t understand why these are needed when there are already ads on every photo anyway. This really takes away from the experience, PLEASE remove!

**FEATURE REQUEST **
I absolutely love FamilyAlbum. It’s one of my favorite apps for keeping memories organized and sharing photos and videos with family. The layout is beautiful, it’s easy to use, and it’s been such a special way to document my children’s lives.
My only suggestion is to make it more friendly for blended families. I have children with different fathers, and I wish there was a way to either switch between multiple accounts without constantly logging in and out, or create separate profiles/albums for each child with different sharing permissions. That would make the app much more practical for families like mine. Other than that, it’s an amazing app that I recommend to everyone!

Way too many ads
Really loved this app previously, but now there are way too many ads.. they have now integrated ads when you are swiping through photos in your album which is a big overstep. Time to find a new app.
Sharing with people that really care
I have been using this app since my first kid was born. And this is the best way to show pictures and videos to the family without exposing your kids to social media.

We are just loving the app! We are wanting to keep our little one off social media for various reasons and this is a great way to keep the people we want updated on our girl’s growth! We have family all over the country so it’s nice for them to see her grow
