Beautiful family album
We absolutely love the family album. All of our family and friends are able to go on here! It’s a nice app that you can have where all your pictures are private and only family and friends can see. I love that we can post pictures or videos of our children. I also love that they have a shop where you can purchase pictures and gifts of your littles! So convenient better than Walgreens!

Love it but for the love of god why does the add button exist if you moved it to a new spot just to notify you it moved. Just remove it lol
Too many ads
I’ve been using this app for over 6 years and I loved it! I told all my friends about it and recommended it to everyone with children. Now, it has just become annoying and I am actively searching for a new app as the amount of ads is ridiculous!
Sure, do ads at the beginning when you open the app or have banners at the top like you used to, but to interrupt the photos after every 5 photos or so to show an ad is just crazy!

Awesome app like the options n groups of pictures!!! I tell all my friends at work about how great this site is especially new parents… so many like it. Great job! I really enjoy the groups you have like pets and this time last year etc…. 👍🌈😊👏
Spammy adverts
The idea is good - sharing photos around family in different locations. However, as a non-owner of the account I can’t add photos without paying a huge fee, the app itself is full of ads making the UI such a mess, and the notifications are SO spammy (“buy this photo book ”/ “get this before time runs out” etc) - so all notifications are turned off, and thus I look at it far less. Too much greed by the app owners has spoilt a good idea.

We have loved looking at all of his photos from the day he was born to now . He is 3 now and we are thousands of miles apart .
Defeats purpose of the app
I have to delete the app, we downloaded the app so that family could see photos of our child but not save or download them. So far it has been great. But now everyone has just received an offer saying they can buy prints of the photos and we can’t stop them. This completely defeats the entire purpose of the app, what’s the point in stopping people from saving the photos if they can just print them off instead. Will be deleting and finding somewhere else.

フォトブックの印刷品質について
2023年からアプリの利用を始め、3年間で(2025年まで)フォトブックを20冊近く作製しました。
そのフォトブックの印刷の色調に限定してのレビューです。
編集に際しては、アプリにカラーマネージメントの機能がないので、元画像が暗いと思われる場合はスマホで感覚的に補正してから、再度アップロードして編集・発注し、仕上がりに特に問題はなかったのですが、今年(2026年)久しぶりに今まで通りの方法で編集・発注して作製されたものは、以前とは全然色調が異なって、すべて暗く、黒ずんだような仕上がりで、特に人の肌色は許容範囲を超えるものでした(10冊程全て)。
贈り物だったのですが、あまりの色の悪さに渡すことができず廃棄しました。
考えられる原因としては、
①スマホ機種替えで(iPhone11→16e)
写真アプリが変わったこと、②印刷設定が変わったこと、がありそうですが、ユーザー側では対処ができず、仕上がりを見るまでは色調の状態がわからないというのでは、安心して注文できません。
フォトブックづくりを楽しみにしていたのですが、今後はもう使えないのはとても残念です。
ユーザー側の対処方法、あるいはアプリ側の環境などの改善の余地はないものでしょうか。

技術的に面倒な案件なので恐らくスルーされるとは思いますが、承知の上で投稿します。

Love this site
Excellent place to see pictures anytime, anywhere in the world! I love this site because I can see my great-grandchild daily (through pictures) since I’m often out the country. This way I don’t have to nag wanting to see more pictures. I love this site!
Not a moment Missed
This has been a joy for us to see her grow before our eyes through pictures. Being able to share pictures when she visits us has been fun for the whole family. Liked it so much the first year we renewed for a second year. Prints ordered are very affordable.
