If you have questions or run into trouble, write to me - you'll find all the ways to reach me right inside the app. Search, filter and sort your tasks There is now a search field above the list, a filter by person and a sort by due date, title or credits. Search also works without umlauts: "muell" finds "Müll". And if no sort order fits, arrange the list yourself with the arrows — that order then applies to the whole household, in the board as well. Tasks that show up later Some things you create just to get them out of your head, but they should not clutter the list yet. That is what "Visible from" is for: until that day the task sits under "Planned" and stays out of the way. It is never lost. Recurring tasks in one place Parents see every series in its own overview and edit it there, instead of hunting down each single copy. An existing series can also be duplicated when the next one should look almost the same. Today shows what is pressing The day is now ordered by urgency instead of by chance. The XP leaderboard has its own section, and the shopping list is available as a building block. You choose what you see under "Customise" in "For you" — the way in now sits there permanently. Cleaning plan in the weekly planning When you hand out the week, the cleaning tasks are listed too, with room and rhythm, and the list only shows what is genuinely still open. Checklists and shopping list A mistyped checklist item used to mean deleting it and starting again. Now you can rename it, and change or remove the quantity. Children may also add items to shared lists themselves. In the shopping list you can filter favourites by category, and the choice is remembered per list: if you keep one list for the supermarket and one for the chemist, each shows the right ones. Item rows are flatter, so more fits on screen. A calmer look Lists and overviews now sit on the same cards across the whole app — Today, Organisation and every group. Same spacing, same edges, less noise on screen. Also new - A filter in the calendar hides everything that does not concern you. - The repeat rhythm used to show only "Every" and a number. Now it says "Every 2 weeks" or "Every 3 days". - Parents can correct a wrong credit entry with a counter-entry. Fixed - The weekly planning reminder was never sent. - Completed tasks now go to the end in every sort order. - Children could see tasks in the list view that were not theirs. - The photo receipt was invisible when parents were asked to approve a task. - Free cleaning tasks from the pool could not be claimed, and submitted ones could not be approved. - Editing a series without a date offered "Monthly", and a reminder that had been switched off armed itself again. - Surplus day blocks were lost in the weekly planner.
