MEDICAL RECORDS THAT STAY ORGANIZED • Capture labs, vaccines, prescriptions, imaging, and other notes with attachments so nothing gets lost. MEDICATIONS & REMINDERS • Track plans and schedules to reduce missed doses—designed around real-world routines. APPOINTMENTS & DEVICE CALENDAR (OPTIONAL) • Plan visits on your schedule. Optionally sync with your on-device calendar when you enable it and grant permission—great with iCloud/Google accounts configured on your phone. EMERGENCY PROFILE / EMERGENCY CARD • Keep critical contacts, allergies, meds, and notes ready for urgent situations—informational only; not emergency dispatch. CARE COORDINATION (MANUAL TRACKING) • Keep referral and follow-up workflows organized with statuses you update yourself—helpful for paperwork and phone-tag—not connected to hospitals or insurers. AI MEDICAL ASSISTANT (OPTIONAL CLOUD; AI CREDITS) • Ask questions using the context you choose to share. Optional cloud assistant features may consume monthly AI Credits that reset each subscription period and do not roll over; allowances differ by plan (free includes a small allowance; paid plans include higher allowances). Some tasks use more Credits than others. Advanced or large-document workflows may require a paid plan. Cloud AI requires your consent and appropriate settings; outputs are informational only—not medical advice. PRIVACY-FIRST BY DESIGN • Your household data is meant to stay on your device by default, with optional features you control. SUBSCRIPTIONS • FamilyMedVault includes a free tier with limits and offers auto-renewing subscriptions (such as Premium and Family+) for expanded limits and features.
