Locator is a real-time GPS location sharing app designed for families, friends, and teams who want to stay connected and know where their people are — always. Share your live GPS position with the people who matter. Locator continuously updates your location in the background, even when the app is closed, so you're never off the grid for the ones you trust. Create a private group and invite family members or friends by email. Everyone in your group can see each other's latest location pinned on a live map — no guessing, no check-in messages needed. You're in control of how often your location is shared. Choose from 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, or 5 minutes to balance accuracy against battery life. Review where you've been with a full location history log. Up to 500 entries are stored locally so you always have a record of your recent movements. Received a group invite? Accept or reject it right from the app. You decide who can see your location — privacy is always in your hands. Your account is protected by AWS Cognito with email verification and a strong password policy. All location data is transmitted over HTTPS and tied exclusively to your authenticated account. Location sharing only happens within groups you explicitly join. Locator is built natively for iPhone and iPad with full support for iOS Dark Mode, haptic feedback, and SF Symbols for a polished, system-native experience. Full access to Locator's group location sharing features requires an active subscription, available as a monthly or yearly plan via in-app purchase. A subscription is managed through your Apple ID and can be cancelled at any time in your iPhone Settings. • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase.
