I installed your app and it never worked. I deleted it immediately, but I'm still being charged monthly. Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend this app to anyone, as it didn't work for me, and I have to dispute the recurring charges. I have just informed the developers directly about my ongoing problems. I hope everything gets sorted out soon.

Zero stars — extremely disappointing product. The person’s location has not updated for several days. The location radius is so large that it is impossible to see any meaningful changes or know where the person actually is.
I bought this to have peace of mind and make sure my elderly mother is okay, but it has been completely unreliable. I am very disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone.

This app has been a great tool. I was flustered at first, but DguruHacks@gMailcom really works. With simply a phone number, I can find and track everyone I wish to keep track of with the help of Guru. This app makes it easy to check in on loved ones, find a missing device, or ensure family safety.

Notifications don’t work
Was really excited about this app but despite deleting and reinstalling, restarting my phone, having everyone in my group do these things, and making sure notifications are on for everyone, this app won’t send a single notification. There’s a significant overcharge for an app that doesn’t function as advertised, and I have requested a refund. False advertisement is against the law. Just saying.

I didn’t even accept to a subscription and they’ve been taking 40$ (cad) a month since for almost 6 months. If I didn’t check my bank. I had to send a email to cancel my subscription so that’s weird, they said they gonna answer my mail in 72h and I didn’t receive a response even after a week. I had to call my bank!!!!!!
