I use this every night and used to spend time adjusting every detail about my sleep setup or search for the right YouTube video. I already have a fan, but this adds the right amount of noise. I spent $2 to keep it continuous and put the oscillator at 12 seconds—so it sounds like a cross between driving on the freeway and being at the beach. Perfect. Best investment. Thanks to the developer!
