Thanks for using FanAds. When requesting your reports the app has to wait for the reports to be generated. If reports take longer then 30 seconds the app will stop polling for your reports. If this happens you can hit retry and the app will continue to poll for your reports for a further 30 seconds. The latest update has improved the retry handling which should hopefully make it more reliable for you.
