AWFUL APP
I bid on a break. I get an email saying my break has been rescheduled. I click on the link in the email, it brings me to the app. The app doesn’t load. I get an email saying my account has been restricted.
I cannot see my order, I cannot watch it live, I cannot see the video receipt. I could get scammed.
My honest advice is to not use this app. The 3.4 stars speaks volume. Customer support has not responded.

Be careful and Horrible customer service
I just started in the app and everything seemed to be going well, I had 3 cards and all of a sudden my account got suspended right after my last purchase. I cannot get anyone to help me to unlock my account or refund my money. Now they have both the cards and the money and will not even tell me what. Is going on. Been suspended over a week with no explanation.

GAMBLING APP
This app is a form of gambling. The live card breaks are mainly sold in slots, gambling which team/driver/player is pulled. People can pay over £100 for these slots and lose their money. Not good enough from Fanatics as gambling is against their guidelines.
Good App, Skunk Shipping Charges?
I appreciate the app and access to some cool cards and memorabilia. I find getting charged shipping when your team/player in a break skunks and nothing ships to be insult to injury. My understanding is they have to charge shipping legally to avoid it being considered gambling, but seems like the sort of thing that ends up cited in a class action years from now. Also, it’s clearly a form of gambling…
